Arella Refund and Return Policy

At Arella, we are committed to providing you with products that help you out. We believe in the effectiveness of our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you are not satisfied after 14 days and within our 30-day money-back guarantee period, please contact us at finn@arella.store

 



Cancellation Policy

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, your order may already be processing and we may not be able to accommodate changes. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

 



30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We’re confident that you’ll love your arella products. We encourage you to give them a fair try for at least 14 days so you can see the benefits. If you’re still not satisfied, you may request that after 14 days and within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

To start a return, please email us at finn@arella.store or fill out the form on our Contact Us page. Be sure to provide your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used for your order so we can assist you quickly.

 


 

Damaged Items

We package our products with care, but if your item arrives damaged (for example, defective or physically broken), please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Email finn@arella.store with a clear photo of the damage so we can review it. If eligible, we’ll send a replacement at no cost. We do not refund or replace items damaged from normal use, wear and tear, or misuse. Cosmetic damage to packaging that doesn’t affect the product does not qualify as damaged.

 



Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver your order on time, but Arella cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control, including courier delays or customs issues. If there is a delivery issue, please contact your courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

 



Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not informed within 24 hours of ordering, we cannot offer a refund or resend.
