At Arella, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders — because we believe every customer deserves a little extra love without extra fees.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is on its way to your address. During peak times and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on your location and begin after your order is dispatched. Please note that during busy seasons or holidays, carriers may experience delays beyond our control, including customs delays for international shipments.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
It’s important that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect details may delay your order or cause it to be canceled. If we detect an issue, we’ll email you within 3 business days to confirm your address. If we don’t hear back, we may need to cancel your order.
If you spot an error, please email us at finn@arella.store within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed after this time.
Delayed Delivery
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Sometimes, delays happen due to weather, carrier issues, customs, or other factors outside of our control. We’ll always do our best to work with the courier to ensure your package arrives safely and keep you updated if we encounter any problems.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package leaves our hands and is with the courier, Petssey is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please email us at finn@arella.store — we’ll assist you as best we can. We also recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim. In some cases, a replacement may be offered depending on the situation.
